How it all works:
Providing a user-friendly online service means no more waiting in line, finding time or getting in a bind with other complicated and impersonal services out there! With our uncomplicated process, you can complete your tax return at any time that is convenient for you, with the minimum possible fuss.
  • The first step is to fill out the fully secure on-line form with your personal details and income/expense details (please see our 'what you will need' link for some helpful tips).
  • Alternatively, you can select the 'submit' button at any stage and have a consultant assist you further.
  • The next step involves one of our fully trained and friendly TaxQuik consultants contacting you by your preferred method of email, phone or fax to discuss the details provided, and also to arrange the most convenient way for you to forward to us any relevant paperwork which may be required.
  • The next step is to sit back and relax, confident in the knowledge that your experienced consultant is claiming every possible legitimate deduction to make sure you get the best outcome. This is then double-checked by a qualified tax agent, after which we contact you with the result.
  • Once all parties are satisfied with the outcome, payment of our preparation fee is arranged via one of our convenient and secure payment methods, including 'fee from refund'* (please see 'payment options' for more details).
  • Once payment has been received, your tax return is lodged through our secure electronic system linked to the ATO.
  • Final step - your refund is on its way!
